My yoga journey began at 18 with acro-yoga, initially just for fun, but soon revealing its transformative effects. After ten years of competitive gymnastics, I turned to yoga for balance. Years of practice led me to travel extensively, spending six months annually learning from various yoga teachers worldwide.
During the first lockdown, living on a Mexican island and participating in yoga and meditation workshops inspired me to start teaching. I completed a 200-hour YTT online in Copenhagen and furthered my training in Bali with a focus on Vinyasa and Yin. While traveling through Australia, I deepened my practice and began teaching.
Back in Copenhagen, I enhanced my skills at a yoga academy and taught various styles at a local studio. In March 2024, I completed a 300-hour YTT in Rishikesh, deepening my understanding of yoga and reigniting my passion for teaching.
Now, I’m returning to Italy to a charming village near Ancona in the Conero National Park, just minutes from the beach. I look forward to creating a small yoga community here. If you’d like to join me, feel free to connect! 🙂
My goal is to guide people in becoming more aware of their bodies through movement.
I aim to assist you in developing a personal practice that relieves stress while building strength and flexibility.
I’ve developed the “RFU Yoga” method, Rhythmic Flow Unity Yoga, for my classes, blending my passion for music with yoga. One unique aspect is using carefully chosen music to sync with movements and breath, creating a rhythmic flow.
This method works well in in-person classes with music played through speakers.
For online sessions, I customize each class to individual needs without incorporating music, which enhances concentration and ensures clear communication of instructions.

I offer a variety of classes to suit different preferences and levels.
These include:
– Power Flow Vinyasa : (for intermediate to advanced practitioners), is a dynamic and energizing practice that focuses on linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
– Basic Flow : (ideal for beginners, and all levels of practitioners). It features smooth transitions between poses to enhance body awareness, serving as a foundational practice for advancing in yoga.
– Hatha Yoga : (for all levels). It includes techniques like prolonged asana holding for strength and flexibility development, as well as controlled pranayama for calming the mind.
– Yin Yoga is a gentle and passive practice that involves holding poses for longer periods to target deep connective tissues and enhance flexibility.
– Restore Restorative yoga is a gentle practice focused on deep relaxation. Typically using props to support the body in long-held postures, promotes passive stretching and stress relief, activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This practice is suitable for all levels.
Absolutely! Not being flexible is no obstacle to practicing yoga. Yoga is an excellent way to enhance flexibility, elasticity, and physical strength over time. While it might feel challenging initially, with consistent effort and patience, noticeable improvements can occur within just a few weeks of regular practice.
One of the wonderful aspects of yoga is its adaptability to people of all ages and fitness levels. Skilled yoga instructors are adept at providing modifications and tailored adjustments to suit the individual needs of each practitioner. Therefore, even if you feel stiff initially, gradual progress is achievable through continued dedication and practice.
Yoga is much more than just sitting cross-legged with your eyes closed, and I completely understand how this perception can be widespread. However, it’s important to note that there are many different types of yoga, each with its characteristics and methods of practice.
If you’re looking for a dynamic and engaging experience, you may find satisfaction in the Vinyasa style, which involves a continuous sequence of fluid movements coordinated with the breath. This style promotes the development of strength, endurance, and flexibility, without necessarily requiring prolonged meditation sessions.
On the other hand, if you prefer a more relaxing and meditative approach, you may be drawn to Yin Yoga or Restore Yoga. Yin Yoga focuses on deep relaxation of the muscles and increasing flexibility through passive postures held for extended periods, while Restore Yoga aims to relax the body and mind through the support of props such as pillows and blankets. Both of these styles are particularly effective in reducing stress and improving joint mobility.
Yoga is a great way to get back in shape. It improves flexibility, balance, and strengthens muscles. Plus, it reduces stress, boosts focus, and enhances overall well-being. With regular practice, yoga can also help you sleep better, feel more energized, and improve your posture.
So, even if you’re unsure at first, yoga could be a pleasant surprise with its many health benefits.
Yes, it’s possible. Whether you want to focus more on the physical aspects or meditation and pranayama, the approach is the same. If you decide to start private classes with me, we can discuss your goals beforehand, and I can tailor the classes to meet your specific needs.
Yoga and stretching both help make your body flexible and healthy, but they do it differently.
Yoga is an old practice that’s more than just stretching. It includes different poses (asana), mindful breathing called pranayama, and meditation, all to help balance your body and mind.
Stretching mostly makes your muscles flexible. It loosens tight muscles and helps you move better in some parts of your body.
While both yoga and stretching are good for your body, yoga also helps your mind relax and find peace. It does this by focusing on your breathing and being aware of your body, which helps you stay present, centered, and focused.
In addition to yoga, I can also offer stretching classes. Stretching can help improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance mobility, making everyday movements easier and reducing the risk of injury. If you’re interested in focusing more on stretching, I can tailor the classes to meet your specific needs and goals.
Choose private instruction with me for personalized attention, a customized approach to fit your schedule and preferences, ongoing feedback and support, and enhanced accountability and consistency in your practice. With regular sessions and personalized guidance, you’re more likely to stay committed and consistent in your practice, leading to better results over time.
